2. Healthcare Services Disclaimer

Axion Galaxy 360 is a healthcare technology platform that facilitates communication and coordination between healthcare participants. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between patients and healthcare providers.

  • All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
  • Emergency medical situations should be directed to emergency services (911)
  • Information provided through the platform is for informational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any medical information

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the security of your password and account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA

Healthcare organizations are responsible for ensuring their authorized users comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

For healthcare organizations, we will provide advance notice of significant changes that may impact clinical workflows.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement
  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
  • Promptly update payment information if it changes
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXION GALAXY 360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axion Galaxy 360, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
